Corrections policy

Last reviewed: July 2026

What we correct

  • Factual errors in guide content, statistics, or bylaw references.
  • Misclassified suite status on a specific MLS® listing.
  • Stale listing content that should be removed or marked inactive.
  • Attribution errors (listing agent, brokerage, team badge).

How to submit a correction

Email hello@legalsuites.ca with the URL of the page, the specific claim in question, and (where available) a link or citation to the correct source. For listing-specific issues, include the MLS® number.

Response commitment

  • We acknowledge every correction request within 2 business days.
  • Verified factual errors in guide content are corrected within 7 days; substantive corrections are noted on the page.
  • Listing data flows through the CREA DDF® feed on a ~6 hour cycle. If a listing needs immediate removal (privacy, sold, withdrawn), contact the listing brokerage directly; we can also suppress the page pending the next feed sync.

Disputes

LegalSuites.ca's suite-status classification is an interpretive estimate for search only and is not a legal determination. If you disagree with a classification on a specific listing, we will re-review it against the DDF® remarks and structured fields. Formal disputes about the underlying MLS® content itself must be raised with the source brokerage or with CREA.

See our editorial policy for sourcing, authorship and methodology.
